1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the FounderBrands website at start.founderbrands.io and the services we provide, including our email and SMS text message programs. Questions: collin@founderbrands.io.

2. Using the site

You agree to provide accurate information when you fill out a form, and to only submit a phone number or email address that belongs to you. Our assessments, scores and recommendations are estimates based on the answers you give and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee of business results.

3. SMS text message program

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, or by texting START to (716) 362-3456, you agree to receive automated text messages from FounderBrands about your Founder Brand Test results, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates.

  • Message frequency: up to 6 messages per month.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.
  • Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or email collin@founderbrands.io.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Appointments

Calls are scheduled on Zoom. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including copy, graphics and assessment materials, belongs to FounderBrands and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
